yes we are different in our setup and that is because we focus on what the body can achieve through proper exercise, rather than rely on apparatus’ and self managed exercise regimes.  Ultimate Goal Fitness is here to help you reach your ultimate goals.

Yes we do use some apparatus, for instance cycles and small weights, but generally our centre promotes physical body workouts and expert advice on nutrition and training programs.  We are here to help you reach your goals – Ultimate Goal Fitness soon to go live-stream, watch this space.

Hi, my name is Anita and I’m here to stand by you every step of the way, to make the changes necessary to get your body looking and feeling the best it can be!

I am originally from New Zealand, was very active and fit at a younger age and then fell into a long path of self destruction from my early twenties when my mum passed away at the young age of 39 years. In March 2002 I was 83 lbs heavier with low self-esteem, depressed, unhappy and hindered with all sorts of health issues including severe IBS, back pain and psoriasis.

I BATTLED FOR YEARS… THEN I WOKE UP AND DECIDED TO MAKE THE CHANGES NECESSARY!

I joined a gym and step by step started moving my body and eating better, baby steps were the key, also my strong focus on getting to where I wanted to be.

Through my personal journey towards better health, I discovered along the way, that I was inspiring people around me and that’s what motivated me to become a Fitness Instructor. I started off with becoming a Spin instructor after dropping 30lbs, it was tough going so I knew the cigarettes had to go to be able to give it my all.

The more programs I began to teach the more people I was able to reach, so becoming a Personal Trainer was clearly the next option. Through my own lifestyle issues and the road to better health & wellness over the past 10 years, I have dedicated my life and personal ‘life journey’ to helping my clients to be the best that they can be, whatever their personal goals may be.

Our studio is such a welcoming, fun, although challenging place to workout in and my clientele are simply amazing. I encourage you to do something for yourself, YOU are the ONLY one who can make that change!
